    WWP and Spa experiencing cooler than usual temperatures at present, we are working to resolve asap

    The pool heat exchangers were serviced on Friday last week. Unfortunately, the works completed have impacted the effectiveness of the heating system, preventing the pool temperature from increasing over the weekend. Specialist contractors are currently investigating and rectifying the issue. Further updates will be provided as soon as more information becomes available. We apologise for the inconvenience and thank you for your patience and understanding.
