Commitment Requirements

To achieve the best possible results, participants must be able and willing to commit to the following:

  • Complete body scans in weeks 1, 3, and 6
  • 4 workouts per week
  • Achieve a daily goal of 8,000 steps
  • Maintain a food diary throughout the challenge
  • Weigh yourself weekly to track progress
  • Take a photo post-challenge holding a sign with the amazing results you have achieved (not a before and after photo).

Yes, as part of this challenge, you are committing to complete a body scan at the start, middle, and end. These scans are essential to track your progress and ensure accurate results for the final transformation prizes.
Check-ins will be conducted through the challenge app, where you can ask questions and receive feedback. If you need to have a more in-depth conversation, we can organise a one-on-one session to help you further.
No, your current membership access will remain the same during the challenge. However, you will have access to the fortnightly Bootcamp sessions as part of your $99 investment. If you'd like, you can upgrade to Premium for the 6 weeks to access additional classes.
This challenge is only available to members. If you're not yet a member but would like to apply, you can submit an application. However, entry is not guaranteed.
Yes! The challenge app includes a forum where you can ask questions and interact with other participants, sharing tips and motivation throughout the 6 weeks
We understand that life happens. If you're unable to meet a requirement for one week, you will be expected to make it up the following week. A plan can be put in place during your weekly check-in to help you stay on track.
You will have the support and accountability needed to stay on track throughout the challenge. There will always be events and reasons that may challenge your consistency, but if you’re serious about making a change, it’s possible to achieve your goals—even during the holiday season.
We’ve capped participation at 50 people to ensure we can provide you with the necessary accountability and support to help you achieve your health and fitness goals. We want every participant to receive the attention they deserve!
A one-off payment of $99 will be charged along with your usual fortnightly membership debit prior to the commencement of the challenge.
This challenge may not be for you if you can’t fully commit to the requirements. However, if you're unsure, submit an application and we can discuss how to help you make time to complete the tasks and stay on track.
Transformations will be judged based on Body scan results, focusing on percentage of body fat lost and muscle mass gained. Only participants who have completed all commitment requirements will be eligible for the prizes.
